We perform annual reviews of title insurance agent escrow accounts that are required by Ohio law. The review must be performed by a Certfied Public Accountant and that CPA must be independent of the Title Insurance Agency.
We have performed many reviews over the years so we have the experience to perform the engagement timely and efficiently. Also with today's technology distance from the Title Agency is not a factor. We can do the review onsite at your office, here at ours or a combination.
